Jamie has been in the roofing business for over 17 years. He currently oversees all of Pollard Enterprises Ltd. projects as he schedules crews and ensures they have the required materials for daily work. He is equally comfortable working in the office and the field.
Jamie is in constant communication with site supervisors, roofing consultants, architects, and owners in order to ensure Pollard is maintaining the highest of quality standards.
Julie has been in the construction industry for over 27 years. She administers back-up for project operations, job costs, financial and has an extensive accounting and construction software background.
This has helped us improve our record-keeping, and cost management abilities as a company. Her experience allows for significant cost-effective practices to be employed by all Management staff.
Coordinates and oversees multiple projects by managing materials, manpower, and site operations.
Conducts safety and quality audits alongside the Health & Safety Manager and ensured project continuity by coordinating with the president to avoid scheduling gaps. Monitored active jobs for quality and efficiency, managing material orders and roof assembly layouts.
Represents the company at site meetings, including pre-qualification, pre-start, and follow-up meetings.
Cameron joined Pollard in December of 2021.
He is an experienced construction supervisor with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Brock University and over a decade of experience in both flat roofing and construction project management.
He has proven the ability to lead teams, oversee re-roofing projects, and manage operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Jordanna joined Pollard in December 2024, bringing over six years of specialized experience in Health and Safety. She holds the CHRL designation in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations from Brock University.
Currently, Jordanna is pursuing her MOL Working at Heights Trainer License while also developing curricula for various in-house safety courses.
As the Head of the Joint Health and Safety Committee, she oversees the company’s COR Certification and plays a leading role in our Health & Safety Management System. Jordanna ensures compliance with all Ontario government regulations, manages WSIB matters, and keeps the company aligned with the most current Ministry of Labour standards and industry best practices..
James has been in the construction industry for over 15 years specializing in the commercial roofing segment for over 12 years. In his role with Pollard, his focus is on older buildings requiring roof replacements.
James handles the entire life-cycle of the project from start to finish as he quotes the work, handles the Project Management and the installation of the roof replacement.
Part of his role is to ensure that the Pollard Projects are on time, on budget with as little disturbance as possible to the building owner and/or tenants.
Olga works directly with the operations team to manage all aspects of Pollard’s new construction contracts from the office side; She completes shop drawings, submittals, material & equipment orders, and site documentation reviews.
Olga coordinates between project drawings, site changes, and general contractors.
She is always on top of things happening on the project sites. She ensures our team delivers quality work that exceeds the expectations of our clients.
Michael has been with Pollard for 4 years.
With a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Civil Engineering and over 5 years of construction experience, Michael has a robust background in site coordination, contract management, risk analysis, and estimating for multi-million residential projects with a leading construction company in Vietnam.
He is highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and Revit Architecture, and bring strong teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to his role.
As an Estimating Manager with extensive experience in the roofing industry, Adam oversees all phases of project estimation, from initial client consultation to detailed proposal preparation.
Adams role involves analyzing project specifications, conducting site assessments, and developing accurate cost estimates that account for materials, labor, and timeframes. He leverages his expertise in commercial roofing systems to provide competitive, accurate quotes that align with client expectations and company margins.
Through strong communication and negotiation skills, Adam ensures transparency and builds trust with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors alike, fostering a streamlined process from bid to build.
